| GREAT LAKES RENEWABLE ENERGY/ELKHORN INDUSTRIES We have been hampered by the lack of port side shipping facilities including holding/storage facilities and conveyance methods to quickly load small ships capable of traveling the Great Lakes Seaway and continuing onto Europe. We have not been able to get favorable rail car rates to enable us to export our pellets to Europe. The prices being offered in Europe through 2011 have been to low for us to justify the available logistics.
