I run 4 different pellet stoves 2 at home and 2
at my business. Lumberjack is the best
pellet I could find for my Bixby and US stove. It
also does very well in breckwell big E and
Cumberland. Nice consistent clean pellet.
Definitely a hotter & better burning pellet. 4
pellets to avoid are Ozarks, Michigan, Marth,
and Indeck (worst on btus, ash, consistency
and stove operation) in my opinion.

I have been using Lumber Jack Brand pellets
for a couple of years now and I am extremely
satisfied with their pellet for a couple of
reasons. First of all they are 100% wood
product (no extra ingredients such as plastic
or oils to increase the b.t.u. or heat) I have
burned several other brands and some
pellets will make my stove glass very sooty in
just a short time, not so with the Lumber Jack
Brand. Another feature I like about these
pellets is the fact that I had a dozen bags left
over from last year, and had no damage to
the pellets. i.e. Swelling or clumping. Lumber
Jack Brand uses a thicker plastic that does
not tear or stretch and break easily. In my
opinion, if you haven't tried these pellets yet, it
will be worth your time to try a few bags to
see the difference what a good pellet can do
for you.

Premium Pellet formula

We manufacture two premium wood pellet types

Lumber Jack Brand
Is formulated to 50% Hardwood and 50% softwood and is
considered a blend premium wood pellet.

1st Choice Brand
is formulated as 100% hardwood with no softwood present in the
wood pellet

Note: We do not make a 100% softwood pellet as we have found
them to burn more rapidly and exhibit much more creosote in the
exhaust stacks. We have found for those that prefer softwood the
blend gives them a better burning pellet. It is important to know we
do not use oils, lubricants or additives of any kind in making our
pellets, they are made of only pure first cut timber fiber.
